Code 4 Preparedness does not make medical diagnoses, offer medical advice, or guarantee lifesaving results from any product sold. Our products are not a substitute for emergency medical care or professional response.
No claim is made that any product sold will prevent injury or death.
Use of products in high-risk environments carries inherent risks. Purchasers accept those risks upon purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code 4 Preparedness shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Improper use or misuse of our products
Lack of training or negligent application
Modification or tampering with any product sold
Use in violation of local, state, or federal laws
Purchasers and users assume full responsibility for the selection, use, and application of any product.
Certain items, including but not limited to hemostatic agents, needle decompression kits, or law enforcement-specific tools, may be restricted in some jurisdictions.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to know and follow all applicable laws in their location.
Code 4 Preparedness reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that conflict with legal compliance.
Due to the nature of emergency medical and preparedness products:
Sterile, sealed, or safety-sensitive items are not eligible for return or exchange once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-sterile items may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis if requested within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in original condition. This policy is intended to balance customer satisfaction with safety and product integrity.
Approved returns of non-sterile, unopened, and unused items that are not the result of a shipping error or product defect may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
This fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Restocking fees will not apply to items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled by Code 4 Preparedness.
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests. Customers may be required to provide a valid reason for the return and submit photographs or videos to verify product condition prior to approval.
Code 4 Preparedness reserves the right to deny any return or refund for items that appear used, opened, altered, damaged, or tampered with.
Approved returns must be shipped back to Code 4 Preparedness at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
All items shall be sent back to Code 4 Preparedness at the customers expense before a refund can be issued.

They are NOT certified as medical devices, and unless explicitly stated, they are not approved by NIOSH, OSHA, or the U.S. military for operational use.
Gas masks and filters:
Do not guarantee protection from toxic chemicals, biological agents, radiation, or hazardous airborne particulates.
Must be used correctly and with compatible filters.
May not protect against unknown, high-concentration, or immediately dangerous-to-life-or-health (IDLH) environments.
Code 4 Preparedness LLC assumes no responsibility for misuse or improper application.
The buyer is responsible for:

proper application
life-saving outcomes

Training is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Unless explicitly stated, Code 4 Preparedness LLC does not manufacture the items sold. Items may originate from third-party suppliers. Customer acknowledges:
products may have expiration dates, lot numbers, or regulatory classifications based on the original manufacturer
effectiveness may vary depending on conditions and user skill
packaging may differ from brand to brand
Customer agrees to inspect items upon receipt for suitability, condition, and accuracy.
By purchasing and/or using products from Code 4 Preparedness LLC, Customer agrees to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Code 4 Preparedness LLC from any claims, damages, injury, litigation, or loss arising from:

Warranty is limited strictly to defects traceable to the manufacturer.
Many trauma and first aid tools are intended for emergency use by trained personnel only.
Buyers and users agree:
to seek medical training where required
to deploy equipment only within the scope of their skill
to call emergency services when possible
Possession of gear ≠ competency to apply it.
7. Products are sold “as is”
All products sold by Code 4 Preparedness LLC are sold strictly “as-is,” without warranties beyond the original manufacturer’s guarantees. By purchasing, you acknowledge that products may be resold, used, or handled at your own risk.

All content, branding, designs, product concepts, trademarks, trade dress, logos, imagery, text, and materials associated with Code 4 Preparedness LLC, including but not limited to the Code 4 Preparedness name, logo, likeness, and any products or concepts developed under the Code 4 Preparedness brand, are the exclusive property of Code 4 Preparedness LLC unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Code 4 Preparedness intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Use of the Code 4 Preparedness name or logo for commercial purposes
Use of Code 4 branding in advertising, resale, or endorsements
Reproduction of product designs, packaging, or original content
Misrepresentation or affiliation implying endorsement by Code 4 Preparedness
Violations may result in enforcement actions, including cease-and-desist demands, removal requests, account takedowns, and civil legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
