My journey into emergency preparedness began in the Boy Scouts. It was there that I first embraced their motto, “Be Prepared,” a principle that has guided me ever since. After high school, I joined the United States Marine Corps Reserve as an LAV Crewman (0313), where I received my first introduction to tactical medicine and 9-line casualty reporting. I served six years and left as an E-5.
I spent five years as a Deputy, taking on roles including SWAT Negotiator, Tactical Medic Instructor, and member of the Sheriff’s Emergency Response Team.
Now, my goal is to use my experience to educate the public and provide quality products that help citizens be ready for anything life throws their way.
